About the Program:

Would you like to see 1000 hawks fill the sky? Or dozens of migrating golden eagles in a single day? These may sound like scenes from a nature documentary but they can be experienced within minutes of downtown Williamsport. Join David Brown of the Lycoming Audubon Society for a presentation about the hawks, eagles, falcons, and owls that can be seen in the local area. This program will cover the basics of observing and identifying these amazing birds.

About our Presenter:
David Brown is the vice president of the Lycoming Audubon Society. He is an avid birder, photographer, and hawk watcher. He regularly writes articles about birds for the Williamsport Sun-Gazette and Lock Haven Express. He is co-creator of LycoBirds.com, an informational website about the birds of Lycoming County.
